Our client is a professional Clinical Research organization, based in Waals-Brabant Belgium.

The company is a service oriented organisation for the pharmaceutical and Biotech industry. The want to become a one stop shop for their customer, creating a total and unique service package in the market..

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As you start as Business Development Director you will be involved in an extensive training program so you will have the full technical background of our services and familiarize yourself with our customers and the market.
Next to this you will be responsible for the development of new business in the East US, DACH and Nordics regions and responsible for the correct service to our customers. A few times a year you will be abroad away on business trips past all our customers and potential new clients in the different regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build for long term relationships
- Create a clear view of the customer demands and needs
- Match those needs
- Attend international meetings
- Execute Administrative responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

- Bsc in Chemistry or Biochemistry
- Relevant Business Development experience or Sales experience in a CRO/CMO/CDMO environment
- At least 5 years of Business development or Sales experience
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel 50%
- Availability 100%
