Client Details
For our Client, a well-established, fast-growing and well-recognized international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Candidates for a position of Business Controller to support their operations at Warsaw office.
Description
- Responsible for monitoring and steering key business activities
- Responsible for analysis of financial results, performance or achievements
- Supervising business strategic and operational decisions
- Maintaining and developing reports, reporting processes, systems and tools
- Ensuring compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
- Business Partnering with business owners and playing a crucial role in decision support
- Looking for opportunities to improve and manage the improvement projects
- Provide proactive, accurate and timely insight into business performance by analyzing any variance of actual results from budget and/or forecast
- Budget preparation and monitoring through reforecast
- Providing strong support to company's commercial activities
- Constant cooperation with sales, marketing and other departments, being a primary point of contact for various divisions
- Business tracking
- Produce business reports including analysis, drivers on variation and identifying risks and opportunities
- Wide range of ad hoc projects
Profile
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Finance / Business Controller in an international company (pharmaceutical company background is an advantage)
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics (ACCA, CIMA or Polish equivalent is a plus)
- Ability to understand complex discrepancies of assembled data and decipher into relevant business effects to communicate across departments
- SAP knowledge will be a strong asset, same as ERP system implementation experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills, strong ability to cooperate with different departments within business units
- Business leader, hands-on approach, can do attitude to accompany change
- Problem solving attitude, strong negotiations skills
- Willingness to join stable company with a vision for long-term relationship
- Excellent skills in establishing and maintaining relationships within and across teams; helps resolving conflicts constructively, in a diplomatic way
- Fluency in English
