Opis stanowiska
Responsibilities:
· Data upload (uploading master/reference data requested by data source owners to application)
· Monitoring data processing, and interfacing with application support team
· Provide 1st Level Support, direct contact with end-users and key-users in case of any business or technical issues, requests or questions
· Follow-up with end-users to confirm the resolution of issues and to close related tickets as appropriate
· Route end users and team administrators to regional service manager for initiation of change request propositions
· Track end user quality days
· Communicate updates on significant incidents and requests to end users.
· E2E ticket tracking and following up with owning organization of ticket as needed
· Validate issue resolutions prior to notifying the caller that the issue has been resolved.
· Perform issue tracking and analysis as input for Problem Management Process
· Preparing Business reports (online and offline)
· Taking care of process steps to be executed within the agreed SLAs.
· Constant communication with data vendors, Company organizations, and third party service providers.
Wymagania
Requirements:
· degree in computer science / IT student
· Good communication skills
· Fluent English (spoken & written)
· database knowledge will be an asset
· excel, Microsoft database, sql basics
