Candidate will be responsible for providing product analysis support for the Eagle Accounting product lines, assisting product managers with requisite business analyses and other product management deliverables associated with managing product-line strategies.
Candidate will work closely with clients, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and assist with product management responsibilities. Must have ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and deliver high-caliber written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities may include: client visits, managing product enhancement requests, writing market/business requirements, assist with developing marketing collateral, win/loss analysis, publishing case studies, preparing product documentation artifacts (roadmaps, look ahead notes, competitive analysis). Minimal travel to client sites is required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in the financial services industry, with specific experience as a as a Business Systems Analyst and in Mutual Fund or Investment Accounting
- System development lifecycle and system analysis
- Strong experience in gathering business requirements, systems analysis, and effective deployment of information technology solutions.
- Strong sense of team work in the development, articulation, and delivery of small to medium multi-layered business and system strategies.
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration (Accounting or Finance), or Information Technology or equivalent/relevant work experience; Advanced degree a plus.
