For our client, global production company we are looking for Business Analyst /Supplier Management
We are looking for Business Analyst who will work with process owners, drivers and key users to improve the business performance by designing and implementing solutions for business process automation. The BA will also monitor the global performance of IS services which support the core process and take proactive and/or reactive steps to restore or improve service performance.
The BA reports directly to the Service Business Manager for a global delivery area, and is a member of the Global Process Performance network. The position will be based in Wroclaw. Travel is required for this position.
YOUR SCOPE
• Coordinate, document business requirements, define scope, clarify objectives of on-going and new business initiatives/projects in Supplier Management Area: Sourcing and Procurement: Intercompany, Business to Business, Supply Network Communication, Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Evaluation, Spean Analysis Reporting
• Coordinate, document business requirements, define scope, clarify objectives of Change Requests in Supplier Management and Supply Chain Area (full Logistics) with Business team and our outsourcing partner
• Bachelor diploma in Technology or Economy or similar
• A good command of English
• Excellent knowledge of Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Logistic, Manufacturing processes, fairly good sound of Finance & Controlling aspects
• Excellent Knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management tools supporting suppliers management, contracts management, tenders (Synertrade would be beneficial)
• Good Knowledge of SAP platform for e-procurement: Supply Network Communication and C-Folders
• Excellent Knowledge of SAP functionalities related to Purchasing, Material Requirement Planning, Production Control, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Quality Management, Logistic Invoice Verification, Controlling
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated experience in managing IT service and vendors
• Analytical thinker who tends to be always logical and fact based
• Expert in conflict resolution and problem solving.
• Hands on, approachable, constructive, delegator (where and when appropriate), supportive, accountable and takes initiative when necessary.
• Experience in working for a large manufacturing business would be beneficial
