THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Clinical Research organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
You will be working within the IT department, but strong multidisciplinary collaboration is required.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for all internal stakeholder management and validation processes during the implementation of new software applications. Secondly, you will act as the liaison between the business and IT in order to translate all business requirements into technical solutions. Therefore we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst, with a strong background in the life sciences industry and specialist knowledge of CSV and GAMP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the liaison between the business, end-users and IT department
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Computerized Systems Validation of newly implemented software applications
- Develop the Master Validation Plan
- Manage all project documentation
- Analyses of internal processes and continuous improvement
- Risk assessments
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years’ experience as Business Analyst / CSV specialist in the life sciences industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar
- Specialist knowledge of Computerized Systems Validation and GAMP
- Experienced in writing Master Validation Plans, User Requirements and Protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Pro-active and a strong communicator
- Fluency in Dutch and English
