This globally recognised company located in Bielsko-Biała is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. Its finance department is expanding and they have a job vacancy for a new Business Analyst – Assistant Division Controller.
Your new role
As a Business Analyst you will coordinate and provide detailed analysis of the company’s monthly actuals, forecasts and the long range business plans: by project, by customer, by location. You will ensure data integrity, thorough analysis and timely reporting of financial actuals, forecasts, business plans, management presentations, and other internal and external financial reports. You will also coordinate preparation and analysis of corporate department forecasts and budgets. You will maintain and improve financial models and analytical tools. You will coordinate applicable Intercompany relationships (costs and recharges). You’ll also be expected to seek best practices, process improvements, cost savings, and value added processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Your min. 3-4 years of experience in accountancy/ finance (incl. forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis) will lead you to your success. You speak very good English and Polish (min. B2), so you will be able to communicate easily in a business setting. You possess advanced knowledge of Excel, you may also have already worked with SAP or Hyperion.
