Your next role
We're looking for Candidates for the challenging position of Store Manager/ Brand Manager in Białystok, to be responsible for the overall store management, with high potential for further development within the growing retail chain.The primary objective of the Store Manager/ Brand Manager is to achieve or exceed the retail sales budget by optimising the sale of products per visitor , to ensure an excellent shopping experience by maintaining high visual merchandising standards and high service levels so that each visitor has the feeling of being very welcome and able to shop in an exciting, organized and relaxed best for value environment, as well as to drive maximum sales performance per staff member, while optimising the employment model by planning intelligent schedules, ensuring the correct assignment of tasks of staff and focusing the TEAM on converting sales opportunities.
What do you need to besuccessfulin this position?
If you have at least 3 years experience in managerial roles at fashion retailers, most preferably with first regional experience, this role is for you! We're looking for charismatic leaders with strong interpersonal skills, natural leadership and great organisation of work. Good English knowledge is necessary.
