Oriflame is now looking for a Brand Manager to further strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and implementation of marketing strategy in Poland
- Planning local activities to support launch of global new products
- Leading creation and implementation of annual projects addressing strategical priorities at different business areas
- Responsible for budget planning and coordination
- Initiating strategic partnerships with other brands and companies
- Cooperation with media and marketing agencies
What we are looking for
- Master degree in marketing or similar
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in similar position, preferably in cosmetic company or in FMCG
- Fluency in English (both writing and speaking)
- Creative and open mind person
- Energetic person with strong planning and organizational skills
- Strategic thinking
- Flexible attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Experience in people management will be an advantage
