Our client is a professional Agriculture and Biotechnology organization, based in West-Vlaanderen Belgium.
My client is a start-up company with a lot of potential. Due to their growth they are looking for someone to lead the formulation team.
The company is producer of environmentally friendly crop protection substances.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The number of products is growing and so is the use of them. The company is looking for new ways in which their products can be used regarding the variety of crops.
In this capacity you will be developing new formulations to increase the usability of the products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in design of formulations;
- Multiple years in empirical research;
- Leading formulation team.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc/PhD in chemistry/biochemistry/similar;
- Positive attitude;
- Leadership qualities.
