ROLE DESCRIPTION
you will be part of the molecular biology & bioinformatics team within the company. The candidate must have experience with standard bioinformatics tools for SNP discovery, NGS-based data mining, genome assembly and genome annotation.
You will be included in many projects related to NGS-based research.
Skilled in plant sequence datasets is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using tools like CLC Genomics Workbench/Server, SMRT Link, BWA, FALCON, SAMtools, etc.
- Analysis and interpretation of big data sets.
- Program routines for pipelines and data analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years relevant working experience
- Independent working style
- Ambitious and always seeking new boundaries
