Due to increasing tender volumes and our broadening scope of operations in the CEE region we are looking for a BID SPECIALISTto expand our Corporate Accounts team.
We are looking for positive, committed and authoritative individuals with a broad recruitment background who are able to translate recruitment solutions into effective sales messages. These roles are technical, challenging and extremely diverse in their skill set requirement but offer immense job satisfaction. As part of a dynamic team you will have shared responsibility for creating industry leading documentation to ensure that Hays in CEE continually expand their client portfolio and secure new and sustainable revenue streams. Your role will include:

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Native level of Polish and English language.
  • Familiarity with bid and proposal process and statutory procedures. Working experience in procurement / sales support department will be a plus.
  • An ability to understand a client’s needs and contribute to solution formation before completing tender document
  • Good team worker, able to build and maintain positive and open working relationships with colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills, confident and articulate in all communications and at all levels (ie face-to-face, telephone and written)
  • Excellent attention to detail, maintaining high standards of delivery, quality and accuracy
  • Presents, explains and interprets information accurately and clearly
  • Able to liaise effectively with Hays departments and clients in CEE to define/ clarify requirements and collate relevant data/ information
  • Consultative approach but forceful and determined when needed
  • Highly computer literate and experienced with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated to set and prioritise work schedule and manage time effectively. Thinks ahead and pre-empts potential problems. Pro-active approach.
  • Highly flexible approach to react to changes within the business, quick to identify which tasks are a priority.
  • Faces all challenges and problems with a sense of responsibility and self-management, following issues through to resolution.
