On behalf of our Client, an operational sales contact centre established in Tricity, Poland we are currently seeking Candidates for a position of Associate Site Sales Director.
Your new role
Responsibilities regarding the position consist of challenging tasks, requiring open mind, pro-active approach and ability to solve problems efficiently. You will be accounted for managing, coaching, and development a team of Managers and may oversee a team of Customer Service Advisors. This role is responsible for collaborating with managers and leadership to develop strategies for Enrolment success where the emphasis is very much on quality and gaining results using a consultative approach with customers. They will work to ensure that there is clear communication amongst all teams within the department. The Associate Site Sales Director will inspire respect and confidence from every level of the organization through clear communication, vision, and direction.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful Candidate should possess at least 3-5 years of experience in a management level position and 7 years of experience in a consultative customer service, relationship building environment. International working environment also requires fluency in English since communication plays significant part in this job. Moreover, if you have already gained some experience in change management or dealing with culturally diversified team, you could definitely become a great asset to the organization.
