We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Associate Business Analyst
Location: Kraków
The Technology Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the team works within an Agile delivery method and that their backlog of requirements and analysis feed into Technology Projects and Programmes successfully.
Key Accountabilities:
Business Analyst is role is heavily business data focused
Supports the development of the BA elements of the IT Portfolio and Programme Management practice.
Helps to define and track metrics and Performance Indicators for the product
Managing change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
Collaborate in change interventions such as training and communication
Establish relationships with key project stakeholders
Work closely with key delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience of working in a data-related role; data analysis, data management
Good knowledge and understanding of the power and value of data for large scale organization
2 years of experience with at least 1 years in business analysis role on small-medium projects across countries or regions
Understanding of banking/financial services industry and/or shared services organisations
Experience in business analysis, solution design, change & implementation or consulting activities
Good written and verbal communications skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Experience with running meetings in English over video or teleconference
Knowledge of MS Office
