Assistant in Data Management Center
Location: Warszawa(replacement employment contract for approximately 1.5 year)
Description of the position:
- Supports the DMC staff in travel arrangements, logistics, meetings, trainings and agenda management
- Closely cooperates with other departments and coordinates activities between the DMC unit and the rest of the company (locally and internationally)
- Welcomes guests and customers, answering or directing inquiries
- Manages departmental correspondence and coordinates proper documentation and information flow
- Is responsible for keeping order in departmental files (electronic and hard-copy)
- Manages tracking of holiday planning and departmental structure (organograms)
- Ensures a proper documentation flow through the financial systems and supports DMC staff in their expense reports handling
- Ensures smooth functioning of the office (technically) and orders necessary office supplies
- Prepares workstations for new employees
Required qualifications, skills & experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as assistant
- University degree
- Very good command of English
- Must be proficient in using business software applications, especially Excel and Power Point
- Strong client service orientation with excellent communication, planning, interpersonal and organization skills and proactive approach
- Experience in Meeting and Travel logistics
- Able to work independently and take disciplined decisions
