Your new role
Asset Manager can take a principal role in the performance and success of institutional grade as well as value-add office buildings (also with possible hospitality components) in prime locations within major cities in Poland. Main tasks: leading and managing the re-positioning & enhancement of the properties; leading the development of an Asset Management strategy (and business plan) per each asset and its implementation in collaboration with the direct fund managers; increasing the value of assets by actively looking for revenue growth opportunities, re-vitalisation and cost optimisation; financial analysis of recommended actions; coordination of periodic asset assessments; ongoing monitoring of trends on the real estate market, rental rates, capitalisation rates, tenants' demand for space, construction costs etc.; lease agreements’ analysis, renewals, supporting negotiations, supervising and managing the work of project teams and Property Managers.
What you'll need to succeed
Significant experience in Commercial Property related Asset & Portfolio Management including experience of responsive and planned maintenance, business plan preparation and implementation in the frame of creating additional value. Min. 5-year work experience in real estate; flexible, creative, solution and goal-oriented personality; self-reliant, independent but good team player; fluent in English (business + technical), native Polish; solid IT skills; B – driving license and willingness to periodically travel within Poland on business.
