Our Client is an international commercial real estate company, one of the leading developers in Poland. Due to the company growth, on behalf of our Client we are searching for Asset Construction Manager.
Asset Construction Manager will be responsible for the managing and maintaining an overview of key information regarding assigned projects, in particular the applied building technologies and their condition, project documentation, current tenants, changes in the technical and design manual for buildings. In scope of duties will be also securing construction delivers (mainly fit out) and preparing feasibility analysis in terms of structural, technical, time and financial aspects.
The successful candidate should have practical experience with construction process. University education with major in Civil Engineering is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal and Excel and AutoCAD skills are required. The Candidate must speak fluent English.
