Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an artwork labeling planner / associate you will be working on the following jobs:
- Assign artwork project requests to designers who create, coordinate and review artworks
- Prepare and distribute forecast to internal and external stakeholders
- prepare and distribute artwork metrics
- Represent the labeling department in various team
- write and maintain (un)controlled documents

You will work in the artwork department:
- Department consists of Four artwork creators (associate labeling) and three (associate) project managers
- Central department in the supply chain organization
- Interaction with artwork team members
- Interaction with supporting departments like Regulatory, Packaging Engineering, Quality and Marketing
- Represents the artwork team in cross functional projects (e.g. projects related to systems, process improvements and new technical features)
- Creating artworks for 50+ countries in 20+ languages

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Write, maintain or support in preparing training material and provide on the job training
- Changes and/or additional responsibilities with associated tasks can be initiated by the Manager
- Be GMP compliance and live the Amgen values
- Report issues, challenges, difficulties etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements
• HBO education
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication

Preferred Requirements
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience in a labeling and packaging environment
• Familiarity with printing processes
• Affinity with languages
• Ability to work in an intense and changing environment
• Able to follow through on tasks and motivate others to meet deadlines

Knowledge
• Experience with Microsoft Office; in particular Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to prepare status sheets, reports, document tracking
• Experience in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment
• Strong quality mindset
• Following procedures is key
• Good team player
• Strong communication skill
• Accurate and very detailed mindset
• Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication
• Flexible, ability to meet strict timelines in a changing environment
