Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

They are a global player that revolutionized the orthodontics industry.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Manager your goal is to achieve the operational plan and manage the sales of orthodontic products within the Benelux.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities entail achieving the quarterly and annual sales targets, providing training to territory managers concerning product knowledge and selling skills. Together with the country manager you are also responsible for setting new operational plans and the implementation of objectives and sales budgets.

REQUIREMENTS

- Sales experience (min. 8 years)
- Managing experience (min. 4 years)
- Achievements as a sales person and manager
- Fluent in English and Dutch (oral and written)
- Keen on identifying business opportunities
- Able to present and negotiate
- Experience in budget management
- Driving license
