Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

Their drive is to bring back a smile on every patients face. Continuously improving their products with the well being of the patient in mind is their main drive behind the company.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for the management of a large territory with your own Sales team. Your primary objective will be scales with the overall Operational plan for the Benelux. This target will be accomplished with continuous development and coaching of your team and getting the maximum out of them.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- You will be directly reporting to the Country Manager
- You have to evaluate the customer relations, follow up sales and evaluate system via in field-assessment
- Together with the Country manager you will set the operational plan
- You ensure the effective fulfillment of your team and assign each individual member to strict KPI's

REQUIREMENTS

- At least of 8 years experience in Sales functions and at least half of this in management
- Proven track record of successful sales
- You are an excellent communicator and team player
- You are familiar with presenting and developing business plans
- Preferably you have experience in the Dental field
- Able to work autonomous
