Due to the further expansion and growth owe are currently looking for a self-motivated and business-oriented professional ready to fill the position of Area Manager with the potential to grow to a managerial role rapidly. This position offers a real opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development of the organization in Poland.
Job description:
- Representing the company on the country level
- Acquisition of new vendors to advertise on the portal
- Building and maintaining a portfolio of key accounts
- Playing an active role in identifying, attracting, and developing new business opportunities.
- Development of new services offered through the portal
- Coordination of sales and promotion activities
- Liaising with clients at all decision making levels
- Negotiating with new customers about conditions and cooperation
- Preparing sales presentations
- Providing advisory services
- Building and managing the sales team
Wymagania
- University degree
- Strong experience in direct sales, new business activities, delivering results and exceeding targets- B2B, B2C, best within advertising sector
- Managerial potential or experience, potential to become a team manager in 1-2 year´s time.
- Business relationship development skills
- Outgoing personality with perfect communication & presentation skills
- Ability to understand, communicate and execute corporate goal
- Aggressive type of salesman “hunter”
- Self-starter possessing high organizational skills
- Self- motivated, target-oriented and committed
- Able to work under pressure.
- Be able to contribute to the overall spirit of department by injecting a positive personal impact on the workplace- bringing enthusiasm and positive energy to internal teams, clients and suppliers.
- Driving license
- Polish native speaker, very good command of English is a must, Spanish is a plus.
