A production company is launching its Financial Services Centre in Poznā. This is a start-up which will present its employees with great opportunities to develop and use experience during migrations.
Your new role
As a AR Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team of AR members and performing operational tasks. She/he carries out recruitment, assessment and development conversations. Leads and coaches a team of Accounts Receivable clerks to deliver a series of daily tasks ensuring operating procedures are adhered and targets exceeded. Focal point for the total team e.g. at escalations during the daily process. Manage stakeholder relationships. Compliant handling of the accounts receivable period close (form and execute) and all engagements related hereto, which involves natural interaction with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders. You will also manage and report credit risks, timeliness and correctness of customer payments (& discounts) including reporting in compliance with internal policies, SLA and external legislation. The responsibilities also include preparation of audit files and facilitation internal and external auditions. Identification of process improvements, participation in transition projects, maintenance of internal controls.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will be ready to take part in the migration process, will have advanced accounting and ERP systems knowledge and at least 5 years of working, including 1-2 years of people leadership experience. Advanced English. A second foreign language and experience in transition projects will be an asset.
