Our client, a prestigious and highly respected global company, is planning to establish and develop a Shared Service Centre in Łódźand is urgently looking for Accounts Receivable Team Leader.

The main responsibility of the successful Candidate will be the smooth transition of finance work from existing locations into a newly created shared service location. This will involve planning, process documenting, work-shadowing, training new teams and stabilizing processes. Subsequently the Team Leader will manage an order-to-cash team and help create a best-in-class global shared service function with a focus on customer service and process efficiency. The main duties will include:

  • Management of a team providing order to cash services to a number of business units and territories. This will cover all aspects of the order to cash cycle.
  • In the initial migration phase process mapping and documentation of above processes
  • Training newly recruited team in the processes
  • Delegation / prioritization of team workloads
  • Monitor SPAs/KPIs
  • Responsibility for customer care and complex query resolution
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Fluent German/ French/Spanish/Italian/Dutch/Slovak will be an advantage
  • Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role team leading
  • Excel and Word skills
