Your new company
On behalf of our Client, an operational sales contact centre established in Tricity, Poland, we are currently recruiting for a person that will hold the position of AR Manager.
Your new role
In this role you would manage all billing functions related to the clients’ accounts. You will also reconcile all cash functions and perform reporting. Person in this position would need to ensure accuracy of AR and monthly allowance schedule in accordance with clients’ agreements, payment plans and corporate policies. The job includes managing billing team and ensuring appropriate timely and accurate AR and accounting processes.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will need a bachelor’s degree in business-related studies (accounting degree would be a plus) as well as five years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably gained in multinational company environment. You will need some managerial experience and working knowledge of desktop computer applications (including Microsoft Access, Excel, Word). Also, you should be a self- starter, detail- oriented with the ability to prioritize assignments, delegate tasks and meet deadlines. Fluency in English is a must as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
