For international company, which decided to establish new Finance Centre located in the heart of Katowice, we are looking for Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash Managerwho will take part in creation of a new team and process management as well as stabilisation.
Responsibilities on this position will include managing OtC teamthrough planning and motivating to achieve operational goals as well as ensuring that the SLAs are in line with expectations with regards to the OtC workflow. You will play a strategic role in building a new SSC, setting up the process and drive continuous process improvements and reporting and analysis of the activities. Moreover, you will liaise with Credit and Sales on issues related to payments as well as produce and analyze weekly/monthly KPIs to analyze and improve performance.
As the team will be completely new we are looking for a person who demonstrate people and project management skills, great prioritizing and interpersonal abilities together with goal driven and committed attitude. You should present at least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and have a background in people management as well as AR/OtC/Collectionprocess. Fluency in English is required as well as very good MS Office skills.
