The key purpose of the job is to define various processes with a clear objective of ensuring completeness with adequate control, while ensuring simplicity. This involves cooperating and coordinating with various Business Partners, Corporate and IT functions for understanding of requirements and developing various processes including operational processes in accordance with accounting principles & standards and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.  Further ensuring that such processes are aligned and consistent across the Global Delivery Centers of Global Services Organization(s)

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of End to End processes for the respective process area within the Group.
  • Defining and regular reviewing of guidelines relating to TAT / SLA / KPIs for the respective process area which can be adopted by various centres.
  • Defining and measuring the Activities with recommended TAT / SLAs within the processes which can be used for enhancing Service Catalogue for Global Services.
  • Expansion of Service Catalogue for Global Services
  • Accountable for designing, building, pricing, enhancing and continuously improving the process, as well as service delivery and cost recovery.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day service delivery, governed through statements of work in case of service delivered by external Service Providers.
  • The role has ownership of the service and process design, including designing service coverage and functional coverage, setting delivery standards in regards to KPIs and targets and monitoring service delivery and process compliance.

Qualification:

  • 5-6 years working in Shared Services organization with proven track record.
  • High education (in the area of finance & accounting / Human resources).
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience with statutory accounting / Strong Functional HR knowledge.
  • Background with project management and implementation experience preferably at global level.
  • Broad knowledge of ERP and financial accounting systems.
  • Project Management skills.
