Opis stanowiska pracy

  • Performing daily payments verification process in Oracle;
  • Monitoring AR related transactions in Oracle system, making necessary corrections, preparing daily reports on AR transactions (reconciliations, unreconciled amounts, manual reconciliations, installments);
  • Ensure daily processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Reviewing and reconciling of customer account balances, investigating on discrepancies in Oracle and 1C;
  • ABO returns: perform applications check, posting of Credit Memos in Oracle;
  • Cross check with ABOs (preparation and signing of acts);
  • Preparing of journal entries - AR and bonus related;
  • Monitoring ABO bonus calculation process in RMS system and payments to ABO done in banking system;
  • Performing period-end activities: reconciling invoices and payments, running AR month-end reports, closing AR, performing period-end reconciliations;
  • Entering AR related transactions into 1C system;
  • Performing reconciliations between Oracle and 1C; Ensure that there are no discrepancy between the two systems;
  • Analyze bad debts and write off AR balances;
  • Responding to queries from affiliates – tax, finance and bonus related;
  • Retaining records (i.e. manual bonus corrections, archiving journals);
  • Dealing with ad-hoc administrative duties;
  • Identifying potential process improvements;
  • Supporting other team members in day to day processes.

Wymagania

  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and English
  • 3-year experience in finance / accounting area
  • University degree educational background in finance and accounting will be highly regarded
  • Practical knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience in an international environment will be an asset
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems (e.g., Oracle)
  • Good understanding of general accounting principles and AR finance area
  • Analytical skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
