For our Client, leading supplier of independent ship management and related marine servicesto the global shipping industry, we are currently looking for a temporary employee for the position of :
Application Support Officer
You will be responsible for:2nd line Support of HR and Recruitment modules within in-house ERP system, creation of training and support material to a high standard, report design and delivery, testing of new software and system releases, delivering training and support sessions online and F2F for group sizes of 1-10 people, travel throughout the Office Network delivering training and providing guidance to a wide range of technical and non-technical users.
We expect from you:good interpersonal skills and a willingness to engage with all levels of business, excellent English skills in speaking and writing, good communication skills both verbal and written, experience in working as a team member to supporting an ERP or ERM system for a medium to large size business, understanding of Databases and SQL, issue tracking and management systems e.g. JIRA, experience of building and executing User Acceptance Tests, ability to multitask and manage time effectively, strong skills in modern office systems.
We are looking for a person, who will be able to join our client for about 8 months,and replace current employee because of maternity leave. Salary: 9000 - 11 000 gross PLN Start of the project: February 2017
