For our Client, the international financial institution located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of Application Support Analyst.
Your new role
As the Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for performance, reliability and optimization for all areas of assigned applications. You will perform unit testing, support bug fixes, provide implementation support as well as ensure that problems are appropriately logged. On this role you will be also in charge of monitoring core system functions, crisis management, incident management as well as error management.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to possess BA/BS Degree in IT field, over 5 years of experience in 2 ndline support and very good knowledge of PL/SQL or DB2. If you are familiar with writing technical specifications and ITIL methodology, that will be considered as your additional asset. We are looking for self-motivated and detail-oriented person who possess strong analytical skills. The Candidate should be ready for working on shifts. Very good English is a must.
