Polish-Norwegian company, a global leader in the food industry is building a new team in Gdańsk and currently looking for experienced Application Delivery Lead who will join the Global IT Application team.
Your new role
You will join the Global Application team serving business users across the globe and you will report to the IT Manager of Business Support Systems. Holding the position of Application Delivery Lead you will be responsible for carrying various areas of responsibility and tasks. This responsibility includes coordination of a subordinate team (Project managers and Consultants), supporting strategic IT projects, cooperating with application providers and IT platforms. What’s more, your scope of responsibilities will include supervision over the continuity of IT services operation with particular emphasis on ERP, BI, EDI systems, managing the availability and continuity of business applications, configuration management and maintenance of business applications.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have at least 3 years of application delivery experience, preferably in a multinational company or as an external consultant. What is more, strong knowledge of supply chain management or financial management, preferably in the foods or FMCG industry. Experience in team management (+10 people) and knowledge of ERP systems (Infor M3, Comarch ERP XL, Comarch Altum) is also required. All work is conducted in English therefore fluency in English is required.
