THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
You will work on a application portfolio in the EMEA region.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Applications Analyst you will act as 2nd line support for all end - users of the distribution modules of JD Edwards. You will work for all end - users in the EMEA region analyzing and solving all application issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as 2nd line support for all JD Edwards Distribution applications in the EMEA region
- Develop deep understanding of implementation processes and troubleshooting
- Assist other Application Analysts
- Training of end - users
- Manage external software providers
- Troubleshooting of complex problems within application portfolio
- Testing of system improvements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Business or Information Technology
- Specialist knowledge of JD Edwards Distribution modules (Sales, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)
- Functional and technical understanding of business applications
- 5+ years experience within Information Technology
- Experience within the food industry is a strong plus
- Fluency in English and preferably a second language
