THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Clinical Research organization, based in Brussel Belgium.
De klant levert verschillende software solutions voor biomedische/ klinische laboratoria. Ze hebben meerdere vestigingen in Belgie waar vandaan testen uitgevoerd worden. Verder zijn ze momenteel op zoek naar een applicatiebeheerder die bij externe gezondheidsinstellingen kijkt of de IT oplossingen naar behoren werken.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Als Applicatie Specialist bent u de schakel tussen het bedrijf en externe klanten. U zult het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn wat betreft problemen rondom de IT oplossingen die voor de verschillende laboratoria geleverd worden. U zal zowel op locatie support geven als telefonisch, dit kan gericht zijn op netwerk, besturingssystemen en de applicaties. Het is dus belangrijk dat u zowel kennis heeft van de medische wereld als een sterke technische achtergrond.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor externe klanten wat betreft technische problemen
- Extern geeft u support, dit zal zowel op locatie bij artsen zijn als telefonisch
- Nieuwe updates uitleggen aan de specialisten; training geven
- Problemen omtrent netwerk, beheer, software, hardware oplossen op locatie
- Duidelijk communiceren wat de voordelen zijn van het gebruik van de software solutions voor de specialisten
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Master in Computer Science, Informatica (of vergelijkbaar door ervaring)
- Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Frans
- 5+ jaar ervaring in IT omgevingen, kennis van hardware, software, besturingssystemen
- Werkervaring binnen medische omgevingen, ziekenhuizen/ huisartsen
- Kennis van HL7/ LIMS is een sterke plus
