For one of our Clients, an international company with a Shared Services Center located in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of AP TEAM LEADER.
AP TEAM LEADERwill be responsible for supervising the work of a team of specialists as well as supporting them operationally in terms of being a point of contact for banks, performing bank reconciliations, supervision over the implementation of a new bank in the Group, cooperation with vendors to confirm current balances, supervision over settlements with suppliers, preparing and correcting mismatched balances, and continuously working towards improving the process.
We are looking for candidates with an Academic Degree in Finance or related field, who are fluent in English, have 2+ years of experience in managing a team of accountantsand possess excellent knowledge of accounting regulations. Innovativeness, analytical skills, conscientiousness and ability to organize own work and the work of others are essential on this position as well.
