For one of our client, global production company, we currently looking for:

AP Team Leader

Miejsce pracy: Łódź

Responsibilities:

• supervising and guiding members of the team,

• identifying opportunity to expand efficiency and ensure processes are compliant with company guidelines,

• creating proposals to management for process improvement solutions,

• running ad-hoc report development for special projects and overseeing the month end closing process,

• providing periodic reporting to internal customers, performing month-end close duties,

• coaching, mentoring and developing team members.

Requirements:

• minimum 4 years’ experience in Accounting,

• good level of French language or good level of Italian language,

• very good knowledge of English language,

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

• drive for results and attention to details

• ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
