For our Client located in Krakow we are currently looking for candidates, who would like to join their team as Team Leader/Supervisor in AP department.
Working on this position you will be responsible for supervising and preforming AP activities, monitoring and ensuring performance of team members, managing administrative processes in adherence to SLA, reporting KPI’s to management, minimizing Customer issues, providing feedback and supporting to the team with problematic customers as well as contributing to and supporting global process standardization and continuous improvement.
We are looking for candidates with very good English & German, min. 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance area and min. 1 year’ experience as Supervisor/Team Leader in AP department, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills as well as solid organization, problem solving & attention to details skills.
Successful Candidate will be offered a challenging position in rapidly growing organization, with multiple development opportunities. Our Client offers salary between 7000 – 9000 PLN gross based on experience and skills.
