Located in the heart of Krakow, equipped with high-tech solutions office is looking for Accounting Specialist to join newly established team.
Your new role
As a Team Leader in Accounts Payable you will lead the team and ensure that the tasks are delivered in timely and accurate manner. You will try to develop them to their full potential, coach and motivate the junior staff. Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to) performing various accounting analysis, delivering reports and creating positive and collaborative working relationship within the team and external clients. You will have the chance to shape the culture of organization, see first-hand the implementation of transition and implement processes and procedures to optimize the processes.
What you'll need to succeed
The perfect Candidate presents already experience within team leadership (at least 1 year) and operational knowledge gained in Accounts Payable teams and graduated from finance related disciplines. Due to international environment you need to be fluent in English and present very good knowledge of Italian or French (at least B2 level). We are looking for positive and energetic leaders who enjoy working in international and dynamic environment and who are not afraid of taking new challenges.
