A production company is launching its Financial Services Centre in Poznań. This is a start-up which will present its employees with great opportunities to develop and gain experience during migrations in Denmark.
Your new role
As a Senior member of the AP Scandinavian Team you will be responsible for compliant handling of the accounts payable period close (form and execute) and all engagements related hereto, which involves natural interaction with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders. You will also correct and timely process vendor invoices and employee expense claims and subsequent (overdue) reporting. Manage vendor discounts and payments proposals proposals in compliance with internal policies, SLA and external legislation. The responsibilities also include preparation of audit files and facilitation internal and external auditions. Identification of process improvements, participation in transition projects, maintenance of internal controls, coaching junior colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidates will be ready to take part in the migration process abroad, will have relevant accounting and ERP systems knowledge and at least 3 years of working experience. Advanced English and Danish are essential. Experience in transition projects is an asset.
