Our Client, a leading international company is currently looking for its Shared Service Center the AP Projects Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects in AP area: design the solutions, prepare Project Master Plan, constitute project team, implement solution, integrate with existing IT systems, prepare and perform tests, prepare documentation, train users, manage go-live, stabilize solution. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate AP standards implementation with main focus on change management as well as make link between IT and business for the projects managed. Analyzing AP processes quality and efficiency, recommending solutions, increasing the level of efficiency will be also one of the duties.

The ideal candidate for this vacancy has minimum four years experience in accountancy, preferably in Shared Service Center. Higher education in the area of accountancy or finance / economics as well as fluent English is essential. A candidate must possess expert knowledge of Excel, Access and SAP. Experience in improving/optimizing IT systems will be an advantage as well as experience in process standardization and automation.
