For one of our Clients, an international company - unquestionable leader in its industry - with an SSC located in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of AP MANAGER.

AP MANAGERwill be primarily responsible for managing a team of specialists and their supervisor, including training and assessing the employees, motivating them, resolving any occurring issues, and participating in recruitment process when needed. Apart from that, AP MANAGERwill be responsible for managing relationships with internal and external clients, providing them with assistance and information regarding financial matters, developing and maintaining procedures and policies in order to assure compliance to existing corporate guidelines, guaranteeing accuracy of financial statements, assuring that the terms of the budget are met, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
We are looking for a true leader, capable of growing himself and the team, with excellent people management skills and a strong focus on interpersonal relations. An academic degree in finance or related field and approximately 4 years of team management experience(gained preferably in AP area) are required, as well as fluency in business English. Knowledge of SAP system or other ERP solution is preferred.
