For international company, which decided to establish new Finance Centrelocated in the heart of Katowice, we are looking for Accounts Payable Manager who will take part in creation of a new team and process management as well as stabilization.
Responsibilities on this position will include managing AP teamthrough planning and motivating to achieve operational goals as well as ensuring that the SLAs are in line with expectations with regards to the AP workflow. You will play a strategic role in building a new SSC, setting up the process and drive continuous process improvements and reporting and analysis of the activities.
As the team will be completely new we are looking for a person who demonstrate people and project management skills, great prioritizing and interpersonal abilities together with goal driven and committed attitude. You should present at least 5 years of relevant experiencein Finance and have a background in people management as well as AP process . Fluency in English is required as well as very good MS Office skills.
