AP Associate with German – part time
Responsibility Summary:
Processes indirect invoices (such as freight bills, audit charges, and debit and credit memos) utilizing various systems as designated, such as Coupa, Invoice matching, PTS, and or/SAP.
Responsible for processing T&E invoices either through dedicated systems or manually.
Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as needed such as mail distribution, and invoice batching.
Critical Skills/Knowledge:
• Some working knowledge of Excel, or ability to learn and understand program features.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and numeric skills, with good attention to detail.
• Ability to operate general office equipment (fax, copier, computer printer, etc.).
