Responsibilities:
• Support in AP process documentation • Assist in monitoring workflow queues • Support team in resolving fallouts • Ongoing contact with Clients (accounts receivable monitoring, adjustment balances, etc.). • Contact with other Company departments: purchasing, sourcing and with suppliers • Handle upcoming queries • Preparing reports • Taking part in process of AP month end closing
Requirements:
• Min. one year experience in accounting • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2) • Very good communication skills • High attention to detail skills • Very good Excel knowledge • Knowledge of SAP • Availability to start job as soon as possible
