Responsibilities:
- managing accounts payables process in EMEA clusters
- posting AP invoices in accounting system
- control of vendor set up process in the accounting system
- responsibility for incoming AP queries
- preparation of month end AP close reports
- preparation of bank accounts reconciliations
- preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis
- archiving documents
- preparation of internal accounting / reporting procedures
- fluent English
- financial background
- 1-2 years’ experience in AP finance area
- good Excel skills
- detail-orientation, accuracy, ability to work in a team
- analytical approach to day to day tasks
