The Skawina site is the world's largest Valeo Group plant specializing in automotive heat exchangers. Currently, the largest R&D center in Poland employs nearly 200 qualified Engineers involved in projects for many countries around the world.

AP Accountant with German
Location: Skawina, KrakówYour role:
- Initial verification, accounting and archiving of invoices,
- Processing of purchase invoices,
- Preparing payment proposals,
- Researching and resolving payment discrepancies on daily basis,
- Responding to vendor queries via email and phone,
- Participation in month-end closing process and audits,
- Monitoring dates of payments, preparing transfer proposals and booking bank statements,
- Reconciliation of accounts with suppliers within the Valeo group.
If you have:
- Min. 2 – years of experience in Accounts Payable Department,
- Higher education in the area of Finance,
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Good knowledge of German will be an advantage,
- Good MS Excel,
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset,
- Ability to solve problems and good organizational skills.
