Responsibilities:
- handle incoming invoices, down payments, payment reminders
- handle of vendor queries
- create master data
- review vendor accounts
- enrich vendor master data
- assist with other clerical duties
Requirements:
- university degree in economics/finance
- about 2+ years relevant work experience in SSC/BPO environment
- very good knowledge of English (at least B1 level) - is a must
- ability to pay close attention to details
- knowledge of SAP FI will be a plus
- willingness to business travel (transition of accountancy processes) - is a must
