Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the execution particular P2P process steps according process description to working instructions (scanning, coding, booking and paying according to due date)
- Ensuring compliance to local GAAP and accounting standards
- Ensuring process efficiency by respecting deadlines set in processing documents
- Proposing and executing the implementation of further P2P process improvements
- Participating in projects or actions to improve the overall performance quality of the P2P process.
- Providing relevant reporting
- Bachelor’s / Masters’s Degree in Economy or Accounting or similar field graduated or in the process
- Fluency in English
- Experience in posting invoices
- Standard knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
