AP Accountant (Księgowy ds. Zobowiązań) - język czeski

For our client, leading international company, we are currently looking for AP Accountant (with Czech language).

Key responsibilities:

1. Processing of invoices and handling exceptions in an efficient and timely manner.

2. Assist in reconciling supplier statements and open GRNI issues.

3. Ensure Accounts Payable period end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and timely.

4. Supply advice on Accounts Payable processes and support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.

5. Make productive use of technology tools and systems, including SAP, Case Management and Workflow; to ensure effective service delivery and accurate data management

6. Working to agreed KPI’s and service levels.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant accounting and tax requirements and internal controls (SOX).

1. Minimum 1 year AP or Accounting in multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment experience desirable.
2. University degree preferred or compensating experience allowed.
3. Language requirements: good English and Czech language.
4. An understanding of specific Accounts Payable area processes.
5. Ability to assess a problem and escalate it to the appropriate personnel.
6. ERP experience essential, preferably SAP.
