Employee (m/w) Alternatives – Real Assets.Coordination of due diligence processes for transactions in alternative investments and support of the team Investment Management.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Responsibility within the team Investment Management for the coordination of due diligence and project management Point of contact with internal and external partners Gather information and documentation concerning the target investments Administer the UI transaction tool (SharePoint System), upload of documentation and input of information Support the team Investment Management for administrative tasks (reporting and statistics) Input and support of process improvements for the Due Diligence
Qualifications, Experience/ Skills and Key Competencies
University degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or comparable training Knowledge of Alternative Investments Experience in project management, process efficiencies, automation & standardization Structured and independent approach to work, proven leadership and project management skills Proficient with SharePoint System or equivalent is an advantage Good interpersonal skills to network, communicate and interact with people internally and externally, solution oriented Client centric mindset and superior customer service focus Fluent in English
