Our client is a professional Agriculture organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The company of our client is well known within the Agricultural Grass Development Business. It produces several products and methods for many different users. Their focus is aimed at technology development mechanical engineering in agriculture.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Agronomic Project Development Manager you are in charge for managing projects in the R&D department, and work closely together with supporting departments.
You will be leading and developing the R&D programs and department, build on development of technical abilities for grass specie enhancement. While doing this it is of utmost importance to align the performance of the department accordingly. This will exist out of development of new methods/products, future trend assessments and needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform your role most efficient you will need to showcase experience and knowledge in the following areas:
• Enhance and innovate existing and new technologies
• Collaborate with the agronomic specialist and assistants
• Focus on strategic mechanical developments for customer needs
• Ensure alignment between protection programs and Commercial/Business implementations
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Agricultural related field
• Between 4-7 years of experience in the Crops Sciences
• Strong plant technology/mechanical agriculture knowledge
• Strong writing and speaking skills in English
• Analytical and project management skills
• Focus on customer needs and strategic goals
