For our Client, software development company from e-commerce branch located in Kraków, we are searching for Agile Delivery Manager.

Your new role
Working on this position you will be an agile driver & coach of the software delivery process for multiple teams, additionally you will provide end-to-end technical delivery (“DevOps”) including perspective for system, process and data for a set of applications by: guaranteeing smooth operations to keep the applications up & running 24/7, continuous implementation of functional enhancements, regularly tackling & preventing technical dept, acting as the Servant Leader for a team of 10 to 15 software engineers and demonstrating strong customer-orientation with positive & result-driven attitude.

What you'll need to succeed
We are searching for someone with Bachelor or Master degree in technical science, math or computer science. In order to be an ideal candidate you need to have at least 7 years of relevant experience in IT (at least 3 in leading position) and know how in managing an agile software delivery process (e.g. Scrum, Kanban). In order to meet Client’s requirements you should have good people management skills related to e.g. recruiting, personal development, compensation, moreover will track record in one core IT discipline, e.g. software development, testing or requirements engineering. Due to work in international environment you need to speak English at very good level, background in e-commerce industry will be an asset.
